Our Interiors Divisions focuses on interior build outs. Our Service Division provides inspections, testing, maintenance, and repair of all Fire Protection Systems.
Our Commercial Division has grown dramatically since our beginning in 1992. We tackle any new construction project, regardless of size. We have dedicated Project Managers that will manage projects from start to finish with an attention to detail. We monitor the design and can accommodate any necessary modifications as the project progresses. Our Superintendents manage the specific manpower, scheduling, and project deliveries necessary to take the project to completion.
We listen to our clients to understand their needs. At the conclusion of the project, we conduct job close-out surveys to get specific feedback to improve our process and customer service.
Advantage Fire has an experienced in-house design team. This group works tirelessly to ensure that all design variables are taken into account for each project, thus providing the best fire sprinkler solution. Our designers work closely with each customer and the fire officials to ensure the design meets customer objectives, insurance requirements, and the latest national, state, and local fire codes; as well as project specifications.

The diverse nature of interior work requires a great deal of teamwork between the contractor and the subcontractor. Our Estimators, Designers, Superintendents and Field Crews provide responsive service to our interior clients and keep projects on scheduled while closely managing costs.

The Inspection and Service Team is the most client focused in the fire protection industry. We have dedicated personnel eager to provide our clients with the quality service they have come to expect since 1992.
Our experienced staff can guide you in scheduling inspections or any service work needed to ensure your property remains in compliance with your individual insurance requirements as well as local jurisdiction governing codes. Once your inspection or service is scheduled, a qualified technician will arrive on site in a clearly marked company vehicle. Advantage Fire can provide your company with monthly, quarterly, or annual inspection services that best suits your needs. You will receive notification in advance of our visit in order for you to prepare. Inspection reports are provided to our customers in a timely manner.
